Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled under the ACL to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
We will cover all postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
To arrange a return, please visit our return portal with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo if possible.
2. Change of Mind
We happily accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges within 7days of delivery if:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags and packaging remain intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges is at the purchaser’s expense.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. How to Return
1. Please complete the form on our Return Portal and include your order number and the reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or exchange as appropriate.
4. Important Notes
• For exchanges, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
• This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
