1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled under the ACL to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

We will cover all postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

To arrange a return, please vist our return portal with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo if possible.

2. Change of Mind

We happily accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges within 7days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

• All original tags and packaging remain intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges is at the purchaser’s expense.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Currently we stock sizes 4, 6 and 8 (covering most kids roughly 3-8 years old).Our tees are designed to be slightly oversized just enough for comfort and a bit of growing room, without being excessively baggy. This means most children can enjoy their favourite pieces for longer while still looking well fitted.

Our 100% cotton tees are easy to care for. Machine wash cold or warm with similar colours, use a gentle detergent, and line dry do not tumble dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the prints. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse it's in the care of Australia Post. They'll deliver to your letter box or another safe spot if no one is home. We can't cover loss or damage after dispatch, but insurance or signature on delivery can be arranged. Just contact us before placing your order so we can add this for a small extra charge.
