Returning your order is simple

Select the item, tell us the reason, and choose whether you’d like a refund or exchange where available.

Send it back

Follow the instructions in the portal. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll help with the next steps.

We process it fast

Once received and checked, we’ll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Best option for size issues If the tee isn’t quite right, an exchange is usually the quickest way to get the size you need, subject to stock availability.

Return policy

The key things to know

Change of mind Accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Faulty or incorrect items If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Return postage For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the postage. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refund timing Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — if the size you want is in stock, you can request an exchange through the return portal.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please start through the portal or contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.
Can I return a worn or washed item?
Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused. Faulty items are assessed separately.
